Terms and Conditions for Online Booking

 

Rate Validity: Exchange rates are valid at the chosen location until the end of business hours on the day the rate is booked.

Rate Reservation vs. Currency Availability: While booking reserves the exchange rate, it does not guarantee the availability of the desired currency. All currencies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis; in rare cases, even with a reserved rate, the specific currency may be unavailable.

Right to Cancel bookings: The service provider reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice or explanation. This means that transactions can be terminated at the provider’s discretion in situations including, but not limited to, unforeseen operational issues, misuse or abuse of service, suspected fraudulent activity, or multiple bookings of the same currency on the same day.
